Welcome to Celeste Cruise. By accessing or booking on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cruise Services
– We offer various cruise experiences including lunch, sunset, and dinner cruises.
– Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless pre-arranged.

2. Bookings & Payments
– Bookings must be made online or via our reservation office.
– Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the trip.
– No guest will be allowed to board without confirmed payment.

3. Pricing
– All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT.
– Children under 5 are free.
– Rates may differ for groups, peak seasons, and events (e.g., New Year, Ramadan).

4. Dietary & Special Requirements
– Must be informed at least 2 days in advance.

5. Safety & Conduct
– Guests must follow all onboard safety instructions.
– We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone violating cruise policies.

6. Force Majeure
– We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather or unforeseen events.

7. Jurisdiction
– These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Emirate of Dubai.
